Replacement and refund policy:

The consumer has the right to replace or return the goods and get their paid value back, within a period of 14 days from the date of purchase, or unless it includes a warranty clause declared by the merchant or as per custom.
The consumer may not have the option of refund or replacement in the following cases:
- If the consumer is aware of the defect if the commodity or merchandise is transforming its nature, or What is in the merchandise when purchased and accepted in its condition, and the purchase invoice has proven its characteristics or method of packing or packaging without replacing it or returning it, such as its exposure to damage or the impossibility of returning it to the condition it was in when buying in a way that prevents its resale unless the reason for the return and replacement is due to manufacturing defects or Violations of the mandatory standard specifications or the goods or merchandise are contrary to what was agreed upon.

The customer must keep the original purchase invoice and warranty card for the devices, as they are the only valid documents for maintenance and repair purposes at the company’s maintenance department.
